Winter 2009 Newsletter:

Hope you had a Merry Christmas and the beginning of a very Happy New Year. I heard once that “we move in the direction of our most predominate thoughts”… so, let’s think positive, have a great New Year and watch the economy take off!

It’s been a while since our last newsletter. We’ve been pretty busy keeping your homes going and sprucing up #68 Port Clyde Road for that lucky family who hasn’t showed up yet. Mean while, the Cremonni’s got a new bathroom, McKenna’s got new decks, Luehrman’s got new deck railings, Parker’s got a fancy shed, Jerry Fales can soak up the sun through her new glass storm door, Barbara Haupt and Allison Cheek have big walk-in tiled showers instead of those old tub units, Hedgerow has a new Show Room for all the neat stuff you simply must see, Geoff Bladon has some northern light for painting from a new skylight, Lynn Gage can actually open all her windows with ease – they’re new replacement windows, and Bob and Nancy Warren got one of the six new kitchens we’ve done in the past couple of years.

Before and after pictures of kitchen from whole house renovation.

Okay, so, we don’t know what the government is up to with the economy, but, we decided to go along with the plan to invest in your own home instead of the stock market. Which brings me to our contest. In the never-ending search for the “job too small” - in fact so small we can hardly charge you for it – we are holding a contest to find the person with the most minute task for us to tackle.

The prize, as usual, will be recognition in our next newsletter, which, if this one is effective, won’t be for quite some time.

So, join us; Rick, Brian, me, and new-guy Ross (very good craftsman and custom builder) and of course, Peggy, our acquisition expert, design and color consultant, best real estate person you could find, and our other reliable professionals, in the on going effort to protect that investment where you live.
